RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service existing commercial renewal accounts according to company underwriting protocols and guidelines.
- Work monthly account assignments in a timely manner.
- Follow instructions and guard rails on placing business in ever-changing industry markets.
- Document work and correspondence in account files in company desktop system.
- Professionally communicate with agency partners by phone and email to accurately update renewal information and quote details.
- Solidify and maintain working relationships with customer base through phone conversations and periodic office visits, mostly in Texas.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years related experience and/or training
- Intermediate computer skills
- Organized, results-driven with a basic understanding of insurance
- Insurance licenses a plus (General Lines Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines)
