The Restoration Technician will perform hands-on restoration tasks to mitigate and repair property damage caused by water, fire, mold, or other incidents. This role involves assessing damage, performing cleanup and restoration work, and ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to safety and industry standards. Damage Assessment: Inspect and evaluate properties to determine the extent of damage caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters, and document findings for reports.

Restoration Tasks: Perform tasks such as water extraction, drying and dehumidification, mold remediation, smoke and soot removal, and structural cleaning or repairs.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain restoration equipment, including water extractors, air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA vacuums, following manufacturer guidelines.

Material Handling: Remove and dispose of damaged materials (e.g., drywall, flooring, or insulation) and prepare areas for repair or reconstruction.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA and industry safety standards, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following protocols for hazardous materials.

Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients, providing updates on restoration progress and addressing concerns with empathy and clarity.
