Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and physically capable Door Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand tools, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality. This role involves constructing, assembling, and finishing doors using various materials and tools in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Responsibilities

Assemble door components using hand tools such as chisels, saws, drills, sanders, and routers.

Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal, or composite materials to precise specifications.

Install hardware, including hinges, locks, and handles, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.

Inspect materials and finished products for quality and adherence to design standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Assist with material handling, including lifting and transporting heavy components (up to 50 lbs).

Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications

Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks requiring dexterity and strength.

Tool Proficiency: Experience using hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels, planes, drills, sanders) and basic power tools.

Experience: Previous experience in carpentry, woodworking, or construction preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
