Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Order Builder to join our warehouse team. The role involves assembling and building pallets of beverage products for shipment to clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for distribution.
Responsibilities

Accurately pick beverage products (e.g., cans, bottles, cases) based on order sheets or electronic picking systems.

Build and organize pallets of drinks, ensuring proper stacking, stability, and adherence to weight and size specifications.

Operate warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks or forklifts, to move and arrange products safely.

Verify product types, quantities, and labels to ensure order accuracy and quality control.

Wrap and secure pallets using stretch wrap or other materials to prepare them for safe transport.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and operational protocols.

Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.

Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies or low stock levels to supervisors.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.

Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment role preferred but not required.

Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and standing; ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Experience operating electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment is a plus (training provided if needed).

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order assembly and pallet building.

Basic math skills for counting and verifying product quantities.

Ability to read and follow order sheets, pick lists, or electronic instructions.

Reliable transportation to the warehouse facility.

Forklift or pallet jack certification is a plus but not required.

Background check and drug screening may be required.
