Safely work with 480-volt electrical systems

Perform hands-on diagnostics and repairs involving hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems

Wire and program Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) correctly and efficiently

Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) on mobile and stationary equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and work instructions

Efficiently and independently operate all yard equipment and use various power tools such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, welders, ironworkers, and cutting torches

Locate and reference work instructions and identify required parts and part numbers for current jobs or projects

Complete assigned maintenance tasks with minimal assistance

Support all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Understand and contribute to department KPIs, metrics, and performance goals

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
