Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Mechanical Maintenance Tech to assist with cleaning, yard upkeep, and general property maintenance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic. Experience in mechanics or welding is preferred but not required. Must have the willingness to learn mechanics and welding.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties on property and facilities.

Maintain outdoor areas, including mowing grass, weed removal, and trash management.

Conduct safety inspections to ensure property and equipment meet safety standards.

Assist with minor mechanical repairs and basic welding tasks as needed.

Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.

Report maintenance issues and recommend improvements to management.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in yard maintenance, landscaping, or general facility upkeep preferred.

Mechanical or welding experience is a plus.

Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
