Overview:
We’re seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join our manufacturing team! This position is responsible for assisting with daily production operations, operating machinery, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Forklift and overhead crane experience are preferred but not required—training is available for motivated candidates.
Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading using forklifts or overhead cranes (if certified).

Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company specifications.

Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all safety rules, standard operating procedures, and company policies.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals.
Qualifications:
-
Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.

Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred; certification a plus.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the duration of the shift (up to 50lbs).

Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to work assigned shift (day or night).
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and work in varying temperatures or noise levels.

Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials safely. Ability to lift up to 50lbs
