Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Floor Installer to join our team. This position involves installing various types of flooring, including carpet, vinyl, tile, and laminate, in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install flooring materials according to specifications

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and removing old flooring

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail on every project

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company and site safety guidelines

Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors
Requirements:

Previous experience in floor installation required

Must be able to pass a background check for access to Dyess Air Force Base

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality

Must be punctual, professional, and safety-conscious
