We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Make-Ready Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring that apartments, buildings, or facilities are clean, functional, and ready for occupancy. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance skills, take pride in quality work, and be dependable and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:

Complete make-ready tasks, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.

Perform general maintenance duties such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting.

Replace light fixtures, outlets, faucets, and other basic components as needed.

Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in good working order.

Ensure all units and common areas are clean, safe, and up to company standards.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required).

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Previous maintenance or make-ready experience preferred but not required.
