Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Server to join our team at a residential facility. This role is responsible for providing meal service to residents in a courteous, respectful, and timely manner while supporting a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Responsibilities:

Serve meals and beverages to residents according to dietary guidelines and schedules

Assist residents as needed while maintaining dignity and respect

Set up and break down dining areas before and after meals

Ensure proper portion control and presentation of meals

Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures

Clean and sanitize tables, dishes, and dining areas
-
Communicate resident needs or concerns to kitchen or supervisory staff

Assist with light kitchen or food prep duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Previous serving or food service experience preferred
-
Ability to work with elderly or special-needs populations with patience and care
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work well in a team environment
Requirements:

Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain)

Must pass a background check and drug screening
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
