Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting industrial equipment, structures, and surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets safety and company standards. Prior experience in industrial painting is required.
Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and applying primers

Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment

Mix paints and coatings to achieve required colors and consistency
-
Inspect work for quality, coverage, and adherence to specifications

Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials

Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized manner

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an industrial painter required

Knowledge of surface preparation, paint types, and application techniques

Ability to read and interpret work orders, plans, and specifications

Strong attention to detail and quality

Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various positions
