Job Full Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist with property restoration projects, including water mitigation, fire/smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, and general cleanup. No prior experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency restoration calls for residential and commercial properties

Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification

Assist with fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration

Use and maintain restoration equipment safely and effectively

Document work performed and communicate project updates to supervisors

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude
