Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; completion of a welding apprenticeship or vocational training program preferred.
- Proven experience as a Structural Steel Welder (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Certification in structural welding (e.g., AWS D1.1 or equivalent) required; additional certifications in MIG, FCAW, or other processes a plus.

- Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs), bend, crouch, climb ladders/scaffolding, and work at heights.
- Knowledge of welding safety standards, metallurgy, and quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, including outdoors and in varying conditions.
- Reliable, team-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Preferred Skills
