Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to support daily operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role involves operating equipment, handling food products, and maintaining strict quality, safety, and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities

Operate production and packaging equipment according to standard operating procedures

Handle, process, and package food products while following food safety and quality guidelines

Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards

Accurately weigh, label, and package finished goods
-
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment
-
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and food safety requirements
-
Document production data, including counts, weights, and batch records
-
Assist with product changeovers and line setup
-
Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors
-
Work effectively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications

Previous experience in food manufacturing or production preferred (but not required)

Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Physically able to lift materials as required
Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Experience with automated or semi-automated production lines

Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or SQF standards

Forklift or pallet jack experience

Bilingual skills
Work Environment
