Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Floor Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing a variety of flooring materials, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team in both residential and commercial environments.
Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install flooring materials including carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tile

Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and removing existing flooring

Follow blueprints, layout plans, and project specifications

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Ensure installations meet quality standards and customer expectations

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Load and transport materials and equipment as needed
-
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding project progress
Requirements:

Previous flooring installation experience preferred

Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and workmanship

Valid driver’s license required

Must be able to pass a background check

Reliable transportation and good attendance
