Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable HVAC Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. The HVAC Apprentice will assist experienced technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems while gaining hands-on training and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems

Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites

Help troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation issues

Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Interest in pursuing a career in HVAC or skilled trades

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
