Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and staff. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience and a strong attention to detail and Bilingual. This position includes coordinating with clients to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:55am-3:15pm with on call for Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support janitorial staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

Ensure facilities are maintained to company and client standards.

Conduct inspections and quality checks to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Communicate effectively with management and clients to address needs and feedback.

Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
Qualifications:

Prior experience supervising janitorial or facilities staff.

Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
