We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to prepare properties for new residents. This role involves cleaning, performing minor repairs, and ensuring units are move-in ready. Candidates with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize apartments, homes, or commercial spaces thoroughly.

Perform minor repairs, including painting, patching walls, and fixing fixtures.

Conduct basic plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.

Perform basic electrical tasks, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.

Assist with basic HVAC maintenance, such as filter changes and minor system checks.

Inspect units for damages or maintenance issues and report as needed.

Replace light bulbs, air filters, and other minor components.

Coordinate with property management to ensure units meet quality standards.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
Requirements:

Previous experience in property maintenance, make ready, or related field.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Familiarity with hand tools and cleaning equipment.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.
