Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to operate, set up, and maintain numerical control (NC) lathes for precision machining of metal and other materials. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate NC lathes to produce high-precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Perform routine maintenance on lathes and other machining equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve machining or quality issues.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols.

Document production data and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Proven experience operating NC lathes in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection procedures.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
