Job Summary:
We are seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our assisted living facility food service team. Positions include Kitchen Staff, Servers, and Kitchen Attendants. The ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to providing nutritious meals and excellent service to our residents in a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
For Servers:

Serve meals to residents with care, attention, and respect.

Ensure dining areas are clean, welcoming, and properly set.

Assist residents with special needs or dietary requirements when necessary.

Provide friendly, compassionate customer service and address resident requests promptly.
For Kitchen Attendants:

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.

Support kitchen staff with meal prep as needed.

Follow sanitation and infection control standards strictly.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or assisted living preferred but not required.

Compassionate and patient with older adults or residents with special needs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
