What You’ll Do
Customer-Facing & Sales Support
- Be the friendly voice customers rely on—assist with orders and provide great service
- Enter and manage orders using Salesforce (great resume builder!)
- Help ensure smooth, accurate order fulfillment from start to finish
Order Processing & Billing
- Handle invoicing and billing with precision
- Keep orders organized, accurate, and moving efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve order issues when needed
Hands-On Hardware Work
- Work directly with equipment—inspect, build, and prepare orders
- Perform quality checks (QA/QC) to ensure everything meets standards
- Package and prep shipments so they’re ready to go out the door

- You have basic tech or hardware interest (no advanced experience required!)

Schedule & Duration
- Flexible workload (half-day or full-day shifts based on business needs)
- Contract runs through the end of August
