Position: Inbound Call Center Representative
Location: Abilene, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: must be available to work on Saturdays
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls from customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and troubleshoot issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression
- Document interactions clearly and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
