Job Full Description
The Dining Facility Staff Member supports the daily operations of a food service environment by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking levels. This role ensures a safe, sanitary, and welcoming dining area for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans in a timely and sanitary manner
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, dining tables, and food prep areas
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment
- Take out trash and maintain waste disposal areas
- Restock dining condiments, beverages, utensils, and supplies
- Assist with basic food prep or serving as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, etc.)
