Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Maintenance tech to join our apartment community team. This position is required to be on base!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property’s systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Maintain HVAC systems, including performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.

Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Assist with property upkeep, including painting, carpentry, and minor renovations as needed.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a restoration or maintenance technician, preferably in residential or multi-family properties.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work
