Medical Call Center Representative
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Are you someone who enjoys talking on the phone and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Medical Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you'll assist patients, answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide support over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and healthcare clients
- Schedule appointments and update patient information
- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Document call details accurately in company systems
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience OR medical office/healthcare experience required
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be willing and able to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
