Medical Call Center Representative – $18.50/hour
Medical Call Center Representative for a busy healthcare organization in Abilene, TX. We are looking for dependable, professional candidates who enjoy helping others and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Location: Abilene, TX
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of incoming patient calls
- Assist patients with scheduling and appointment-related questions
- Accurately enter and update patient information
- Provide professional and compassionate customer service
- Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Follow established healthcare and call center procedures
Qualifications
- Previous call center, customer service, medical office, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent attendance and dependability
- Professional, patient, and customer-service focused
- Ability to maintain confidential information
