We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Medical Call Center Representative to join a busy healthcare team!
💰 Pay: $18.50/hour
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday
🏥 Medical Call Center Environment
Responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming patient calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Providing excellent customer service
• Updating patient information accurately
• Handling a high volume of calls professionally
• Assisting patients with questions and routing calls appropriately
Ideal candidates will have:
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Excellent customer service experience
• Dependable attendance and professionalism
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous call center or medical office experience is a plus
