NOW HIRING: PROPERTY MANAGER
Location: Abilene, TX
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven Property Manager to oversee daily property operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid background in property management.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily property operations and ensure properties are well-maintained.

Manage tenant relations, inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements.

Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services.

Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.

Assist with leasing, tenant applications, and move-in/move-out procedures.

Collect rent, monitor delinquent accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage property budgets, expenses, and operational reports.

Ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

Previous property management experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, tenant relations, and property operations.

Compensation
