Job Title: General Labor / Parts Washer
Location: McKinney, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer / Parts Washer to join our team in McKinney, TX. This position involves cleaning finished tools after assembly, disassembling various tools (such as nail guns, air compressors, etc.), and cleaning parts using degreaser and washing solvents. You will also perform general labor tasks including sweeping, shop upkeep, and light lifting.
Key Responsibilities:

Wash and clean finished tools after technician assembly

Disassemble tools and equipment to clean internal parts using approved solvents and degreasers

Safely handle and work with cleaning chemicals and solvents

Perform general shop duties such as sweeping floors and maintaining a clean work area

Assist technicians as needed with basic labor support

Light lifting of parts and tools (generally under 30 lbs)

Stand for extended periods during your shift
Requirements:

Comfortable working with and around cleaning chemicals

Able to stand for long periods of time

Capable of performing light lifting (up to 30 lbs)

Basic mechanical aptitude (experience with hand tools or mechanical disassembly is a plus)

Reliable, punctual, and willing to perform a variety of tasks

Exposure to solvents, oils, and degreasers (PPE provided)
