Job Description:
Express is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to work in Plano. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating production machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Must be bilingual.
Responsibilities:

Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules

Operate machinery to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, or assembling materials

Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency

Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Troubleshoot minor issues and report mechanical problems as needed
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting preferred

Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints
-
Strong attention to detail and quality
-
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
