Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a skilled AOI Operator to join a reputable manufacturing team in Plano, TX. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates experienced in Automated Optical Inspection, especially with Yestech machines.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Yestech AOI equipment for PCB/SMT inspection

Perform visual inspections and verify defects using AOI software

Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure compliance with standards

Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience operating AOI machines, especially Yestech, is strongly preferred

Basic understanding of SMT processes and electronic components

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
