Job Full Description

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Weekend availability may be required

Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects—from estimation and planning to execution and closeout. This role ensures project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to specifications, schedules, and budgets

  • Develop detailed cost-based project estimates

  • Select and coordinate subcontractors across all project stages

  • Supervise trade contractors and ensure regulatory and specification compliance

  • Manage construction contracts, submittals, and change orders efficiently

  • Monitor and control project schedules and expenses

  • Handle purchasing activities in line with project budgets

  • Provide timely and accurate progress updates to stakeholders

  • Maintain target gross profit margins

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience with general contractors and site supervisors.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Detail-oriented and self-driven

  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and with clients

  • High school diploma required

  • At least 2 years of experience supervising construction projects

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
