Job Title: IT & Systems Support Specialist

Location: Collin County, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract
Pay: Based on Experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

  • Support Windows/Mac operating systems and various business applications

  • Maintain Active Directory, user permissions, and system access

  • Document support processes and maintain internal knowledge bases

  • Collaborate with other IT team members and vendors to resolve escalated issues


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration

  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals

  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow)

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus!
