Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Plano TX
Position Type: Full-Time Temp to Hire
Normal schedule is Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5 PM

Express is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team, someone passionate about working with seniors and knowledgeable about HUD regulations.
Job Summary: As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for our senior residents. You will be responsible for managing property staff, maintaining financial records, enforcing HUD guidelines, and facilitating effective communication with residents.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of residential properties, focusing on enhancing the living experience for senior citizens.

Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and PRAC 202 subsidy requirements.

Coordinate leasing processes, including applications, approvals, and tenant move-ins.

Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, rent collections, and accounts payable.

Foster a positive community among residents through social activities and open communication.

Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure the property is well-maintained and repairs are handled timely.

Conduct regular property inspections and implement maintenance schedules.

Develop and train staff as needed to ensure effective property management.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in property management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Must have a valid PRAC 202 subsidy certificate.
