Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Work Environment: On-site (not remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support daily customer service operations within a manufacturing environment. The Customer Service Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring our service, quality, and delivery standards are met consistently. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal customer service and sales teams to ensure seamless communication.

  • Provide timely, accurate information to customers regarding pricing, order status, scheduling, and shipping.

  • Partner with the manufacturing team to address quality and delivery issues as needed.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and sales account managers.

  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and account issues with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Manage sales order entry, schedule shipments, and update customers accordingly.

  • Maintain accurate customer data in internal systems.

  • Set up new customer accounts and prepare monthly service reports.

  • Coordinate with freight carriers and generate customer correspondence as needed.

  • Input production data into the internal FMP system and assist with production line scheduling.

  • Order and track raw material inventory to support production schedules.


Qualifications

  • We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills and a consistent work history.
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer service, service delivery, or related roles (manufacturing industry experience preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

  • Comfortable engaging and collaborating with the sales team

  • Experience with data entry and production systems a plus
