What You’ll Do

Prepare metal surfaces for coating
-
Apply powder coating to products
-
Heat-cure coated parts
-
Inspect finished products to ensure full, even coverage

Work as part of a collaborative production team
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Must be drug-free (initial and random testing)
-
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Dress Code: T-shirt, jeans, and steel-toed boots preferred.
