Express Employment Professionals is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Cleaning Sales Advisor to support business expansion for our client throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This position plays a key role in driving new client relationships by identifying prospects, evaluating their needs onsite, and presenting customized cleaning service solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Meet with potential clients in person to evaluate facilities and understand service requirements
- Create and deliver tailored proposals that clearly communicate value, quality, and scope of services
- Develop lasting client relationships through consistent communication and attentive service
- Negotiate pricing agreements and finalize contracts to achieve revenue goals
- Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experiences
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, AirTable, or PandaDoc)
- Follow up regularly with leads to advance opportunities and close sales
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, account management, or a service-related industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend customized solutions
- Strong organizational habits with effective time management and follow-through
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a results-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally for client visits
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, AirTable, or equivalent) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Starting at $75,000 per year
- Uncapped commission potential
