Appointment Setter / Outbound Prospecting Specialist /Bilingual (English/Spanish) a MUST

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter / Outbound Prospecting Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on generating qualified appointments for our sales team through consistent outbound outreach.
The ideal candidate thrives on cold calling, enjoys engaging with new people, and takes pride in creating opportunities through disciplined and persistent prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 75–100 outbound cold calls daily for our service company
- Prospect and connect with decision-makers, including business owners, office managers, facility managers, and property managers
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Manage follow-ups and track prospect engagement
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets
Performance Expectations
- 75–100 outbound calls per day
- 20 qualified appointments scheduled per week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound business development
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and appointment-setting goals
- Demonstrated success generating qualified appointments through outbound prospecting
- Strong work ethic, consistency, and self-discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a MUST
- Experience prospecting businesses and engaging decision-makers
- Experience setting appointments for a sales team
