High volume accounts payable and payroll experience
Construction Industry Preferred
Human Resource experience preferred
Experience maneuvering between multiple softwares
OSHA experience preferred but not required
60 million in revenue and 300+ employees

Experience maneuvering between multiple softwares, they utilize Foundation.
This person will be analyzing invoices and verifying concrete yards are correct, rebar, forms, etc. Must be able to communicate effectively and not afraid to discuss any discrepancies with customer.
Commercial General Subcontractor seeking a bilingual accounting clerk. Successful candidates will also, prepare monthly construction draws, Job Costing invoices, AIA Billing, Balance Sheet Reconciliations and provide Construction draws requests. Bilingual required and concrete experience preferred.
