Job Full Description
A growing operation is seeking a highly detail-oriented Fulfillment Inventory Coordinator with strong warehouse systems experience and excellent Excel skills.
This role is ideal for someone who understands inventory control, customer setup, fulfillment workflows, and warehouse system accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills Needed:
Strong Excel skills (must be able to work within spreadsheets and create new tracking projects)
WMS / warehouse systems experience required
Inventory control and warehouse background
Customer and item setup experience
Ability to follow SOPs and customer-specific requirements
Strong math aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Systems Used:
Plex (repack operations)
Snap (fulfillment operations)
Schedule:
MondayFriday
6:00 AM approximately 3:00 PM
Some weekends required during peak volume
Preferred Background:
Previous experience in a fulfillment, distribution, repack, or warehouse environment
