About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our busy and growing employment agency. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for candidates, clients, and visitors while supporting our internal team with administrative and front-office needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and job candidates with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Administer employment assessments and testing as needed, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
- Assist with candidate check-ins, application processes, and general inquiries.
- Support the recruiting and operations teams with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and help ensure a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the agency.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or front office experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people.
- Excellent communication skills—both in person and over the phone.
- Dependable, punctual, and available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable with computers and able to learn basic HR/testing systems.
