Location: Bastrop, TX
Pay: $22/hour base | Night Shift $25+/hour
Schedule: Multiple shifts available
Overtime: 10+ hours/week expected
Role Overview
The Warehouse Associate supports manufacturing and fulfillment operations by ensuring accurate material movement, inventory integrity, and timely support of production lines. This position directly impacts production throughput and order fulfillment performance.
Core Responsibilities
- Receive, store, issue, and track raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Perform inbound putaways and outbound picking for production and customer orders
- Kit parts, materials, and hardware for manufacturing lines
- Replenish lineside inventory locations
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts
- Verify material conformity against approved documentation
- Maintain lot traceability and serialized material tracking
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
- Monitor stock rotation and shelf-life requirements
- Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with all SOPs
- Support operational metrics and continuous improvement goals
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ year of inventory control or warehouse experience
Preferred Skills & Experience
- ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift and warehouse equipment operation experience
- Experience with kitting, inventory accuracy, and material flow
- Manufacturing, industrial, or technical warehouse background
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to work in an open-air, non-climate-controlled environment
