Location: Bastrop, TX

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position Summary
The Parish Administrator is the primary administrative and relational support for the church. This role manages daily office operations while serving as a welcoming first point of contact for parishioners, volunteers, and the broader community. The position is well-suited for an organized, personable professional who enjoys a dynamic office environment and meaningful, service-driven work.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily church office operations, including clerical work, scheduling, and data entry
- Oversee calendars, correspondence, and documents using Google Workspace
- Answer phones and greet visitors with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality
- Interface regularly with parishioners, volunteers, and community members
- Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 10–12 employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain organized administrative records and data systems
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth parish operations

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Prior administrative or office management experience strongly preferred
- Payroll processing experience preferred
