We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, technical business environment. This is an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced CSR who enjoys problem-solving, learning technical systems, and delivering high-quality customer support.
This role is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or B2B setting, who are strong communicators and quick learners.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers via phone and email in a high-volume environment
- Troubleshoot customer questions using strong critical-thinking skills
- Prepare accurate quotes, orders, and documentation
- Clearly explain technical processes and requirements to customers
- Take detailed notes and document all interactions in an internal CRM
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of customer service experience (technical environment preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent note-taking habits
- Naturally curious — asks good questions and thinks through problems
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools
- Experience working with CRM platforms or internal databases
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
