Production Associate

$18-$20/hr | Full-Time | On-Site

What You'll Do

• Assemble components and finished products according to specifications
• Inspect, clean, and test parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Label, package, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain organized and clean workstations and warehouse areas
• Assist with inventory organization and stocking of parts and supplies
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
• Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience
• Forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing product inspections and quality checks
• Inventory control or stock management experience
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes quickly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the workday
• Ability to work safely around production equipment and materials
• Comfortable using required PPE, including gloves, goggles, dust masks, and other safety equipment
