Job Full Description

• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and control the production process to ensure consistency and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Maintain proper records of production runs, inventory, and materials used.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address production issues and improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support quality assurance activities, including sampling and testing of products.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a production setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
