Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our Office Manager, Company Owner, and Shop Foreman with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role will play a key part in keeping our office and shop organized and running efficiently, especially when it comes to parts management and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks

Help locate, purchase, and receive parts for the shop

Issue purchase orders (POs) and track inventory
-
Verify accuracy of incoming parts and handle returns when necessary
-
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)

Answer and direct phone calls professionally

Create and update job tickets and work orders
-
Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and vendors
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (will need to complete a skills test)

Comfortable using Gmail and navigating basic email functions

Solid math skills and comfort working with numbers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to read and write English fluently
