As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a driven and adaptable Production Manager / All-Around Multitasker to oversee day-to-day production, streamline scheduling, manage purchasing, and optimize our ERP system usage.
Position Overview:
This is a hands-on, multifaceted role ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production workflows, purchasing materials, maintaining schedules, and ensuring seamless integration and utilization of our ERP system across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily production schedule to ensure on-time delivery and efficient workflow.

Coordinate with engineering, inventory, and shop floor teams to streamline operations.

Manage purchasing of raw materials, components, and supplies from approved vendors.

Maintain accurate data and functionality within the ERP system; act as the system’s point of contact.

Monitor and optimize inventory levels to support production demands.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays, or inefficiencies in the production process.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.

Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a production, operations, or manufacturing management role.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (implementation, maintenance, and user support).

Experience in purchasing and procurement within a manufacturing environment.

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with production planning tools.
