Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers.

  • Maintain and update customer records and databases.

  • Process invoices, payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Keep up with permits per jobs.
  • Order office supplies and assist with inventory management.

  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional materials.

  • Provide administrative support to management and field technicians.

  • Perform other office duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn industry-specific software.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Experience with Computer Software.

  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
