Job Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers.

Maintain and update customer records and databases.

Process invoices, payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Keep up with permits per jobs.

Order office supplies and assist with inventory management.

Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional materials.

Provide administrative support to management and field technicians.

Perform other office duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn industry-specific software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
