Job Title: Production Scheduler / Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Scheduler / Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and coordinating jobs related to repairs, production, field service, and exchanges. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure projects are scheduled and completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage daily jobs and technician assignments.

Maintain production, repair, and field service schedules.

Develop detailed job costing and maintain accurate bill of materials.

Collaborate with the Service Center Foreman, Sales, Technicians, Purchasing, and Suppliers.

Expedite part deliveries and monitor job timelines.

Create, maintain, and finalize jobs using MRP systems.

Prepare and submit customer quotes as needed.

Ensure projects meet deadline and budget requirements.

Serve as a liaison between Sales, Customers, and the Service Center team.

Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).

Experience:
-
2+ years in production planning, scheduling, or crew management.
-
1+ years using an MRP system (e.g., Sage, Odoo, GSS, SAP).

1+ years in a warehouse, machine shop, or mechanical/manufacturing environment.
-
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; solid understanding of job requirement planning.
Preferred Experience:

Experience as a scheduler, coordinator, or job quoter.

Background in mechanical assembly.

Familiarity with vendor coordination and labor/job matching.
